Indie-folk artist Jessie Reid has released her first single of 2021, Whole Heart , pairing her soulful, emotive melody with a beautifully acoustic accompaniment. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Ben Howard, Lucy Rose and Andy Mckee, the captivating strings and layered harmonies embraced in Whole Heart are distinctive and unique.
Having previously supported the likes of Brooke Bentham, Seafret and Dan Owen, Jessie’s talent is profound, confirmed when she was shortlisted for the Glastonbury 2019 Emerging Talent competition. Jessie has performed countless times for Sofar Sounds and her impressive work has been recognised by the likes of BBC Introducing and BBC Radio Wales.
